Emma’s nude works explore the body as landscape—soft, powerful, and connected to nature. Reclined forms become hills, valleys, and flowing lines, expansive yet grounded. They honour the female form without objectifying it, focusing on presence, vulnerability, and beauty on one’s own terms. Using sponges and layered washes, edges blur and tones melt, creating softness and movement. Up close they are abstract; from afar, poised figures emerge—calm, embodied, and grounded in quiet strength.
