Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside. From the moment a painting is made, it begins to age. As the painting continues to age, both the paint film and priming lose flexibility and become brittle. Expansion and contraction of the fabric support, due to absorption and release of moisture from the air, adds further strain which can lead to crack formation.

Thirteen 05 does not accept any returns based on artwork ageing.

For originals or small originals that are damaged during transit, we will replace it with a commission.

In the situation where the item you receive via courier after sale is faulty or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. In the case of refunds, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Thirteen 05 does not provide warranties on any of its products or on any information provided on the Thirteen 05 website, facebook or instagram sites. As many items available through Thirteen 05 are handmade and hand painted, they will have minor textures and unique qualities, which are delightful consequence of their handmade nature. Commissions are welcomed and to be arranged with the gallery and artist directly. Upon an agreed artwork brief by the artist, gallerist and collector, either 100% of the balance to be paid at the time artwork is commissioned OR 50% of the balance is required up front, with the balance due prior to collection. Thirteen 05 can hold artworks for a maximum of 3 months after purchase unless alternate timing is arranged prior.

Damages after artwork has been delivered. Thirteen 05 are not liable for any damages to artwork once the artwork is in the patron's possession. Under no circumstances is the artist or Thirteen 05 liable to fix any damages caused while in the buyers possession.

Neither Thirteen 05, nor its employees, agents, artists or contractors are liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way relating to the use of this website or any other website linked to this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special and punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information.

All fine art prints arrive unframed, rolled up in a cylinder or flat packed.
